Nick Franglen contributed to Neville Gabie's The Greatest Distance project, which saw Gabie travel to the point furthest away from the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony as possible.
Neville Gabie was the official artist for the London 2012 Olympics. His open call for suggestions for where to go led him to the Martin Luther King park at Batignolles, Paris, which would have been the location for the 2012 Olympic Games, had Paris not narrowly lost the bid to London.
